Sie fangen an, sich die ger\u00f6steten Kastanien, den Wein und den Andreastag vorzustellen.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Es gab Kastanien im Oktober dieses Jahres, aber sie waren wei\u00df.  <\/p>\n\n<div November, oder besser gesagt am Vorabend dieses Tages, dem 29. November, in der Nacht, da ich mich erinnere, liefen die Kinder die \u00abCacharros\u00bb die Nachbarschaftsstra\u00dfe hinunter, und Erwachsene tranken neuen Wein, w\u00e4hrend sie Kastanien schnitten (sie wurden geschnitten, damit sie nicht in der Hitze explodierten).  <\/p>\n\n<p>In einigen D\u00f6rfern wie Icod, tenerife, haben sie die Angewohnheit, in dieser Nacht \u00abdie Bretter zu laufen\u00bb. Kinder und Erwachsene werfen sich auf ein Holzbrett, einzeln oder mehrere auf einmal, und gehen Rampen hinunter, die mit einer Reifenwand enden, um das Bremsen zu beenden.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Die-Topfe\"><\/span>Die T\u00f6pfe  <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Die T\u00f6pfe sind Beh\u00e4lter, vor allem Dosen, die an einem Seil gebunden oder an einem Draht befestigt sind, auf dem Boden kriechen, um so viel L\u00e4rm wie m\u00f6glich zu machen. Als ich klein war, wurde mir gesagt, dass der Brauch kommt, als die F\u00e4sser die Stra\u00dfe hinunter zu den Kellern und den Guachinches gezogen wurden. Andere sagen, sie h\u00e4tten das Meer Tage fr\u00fcher genommen, um die F\u00e4sser zu waschen. Wie auch immer, es macht viel Spa\u00df f\u00fcr Kinder, aber auch f\u00fcr \u00e4ltere Menschen. Das ist diejenige, die in den F\u00e4ssern deponiert wurde, die angeblich sp\u00e4ter die Stra\u00dfe hinunter rollten.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Bevor das Essen zubereitet wurde, begleitete ihn der Wein mit \u00abChochos\u00bb (Altramuces), \u00abmanises\u00bb (Erdn\u00fcsse) oder dergleichen. Und zum Abendessen; ger\u00f6stete Kastanien, S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln, Mojos und gesalzener Fisch, unter anderem K\u00f6stlichkeiten.
