Vous commencez \u00e0 imaginer les ch\u00e2taignes r\u00f4ties, le vin et la Saint-Andr\u00e9.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Il y avait des ch\u00e2taignes en octobre de cette ann\u00e9e, mais elles \u00e9taient Saint-Andr\u00e9, le 30 novembre, ou plut\u00f4t \u00e0 la veille de ce jour, le 29 novembre au soir, puisque je me souviens, les enfants couraient les cacharros dans la rue du quartier, et les adultes buvaient du vin neuf tout en coupant des ch\u00e2taignes (ils \u00e9taient coup\u00e9s pour ne pas exploser dans la chaleur).  <\/p>\n\n<p>Dans certains villages comme Icod, tenerife, ils ont l\u2019habitude de \u00abg\u00e9rer les planches\u00bb cette nuit-l\u00e0. Les enfants et les adultes se jettent sur une planche de bois, individuellement ou plusieurs \u00e0 la fois, en descendant des rampes qui se terminent par un mur de pneus pour terminer le freinage.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Les-pots\"><\/span>Les pots  <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Les pots sont des r\u00e9cipients, en particulier des canons, qui sont attach\u00e9s \u00e0 une corde ou fix\u00e9s \u00e0 un fil, rampant sur le sol pour faire autant de bruit que possible. Quand j\u2019\u00e9tais petit, on m\u2019a dit que la coutume vient du moment o\u00f9 les barils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tra\u00een\u00e9s dans la rue vers les caves et les Guachinches. D\u2019autres disent qu\u2019ils ont pris la mer quelques jours plus t\u00f4t pour laver les barils. Quoi qu\u2019il en soit, c\u2019est beaucoup de plaisir pour les enfants, mais aussi pour les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es. C\u2019est celui qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des barils qui auraient roul\u00e9 plus tard dans la rue.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Avant la pr\u00e9paration du repas, le vin l\u2019accompagnait de chochos (altramuces), de manises (cacahu\u00e8tes), ou autres. Et pour le d\u00eener; ch\u00e2taignes r\u00f4ties, patates douces, mojos et poissons sal\u00e9s, entre autres d\u00e9lices.
