Tampoco ten\u00eda nueces ni pipas de girasol, as\u00ed que busqu\u00e9 una receta de pan de pasas, y la adapt\u00e9 a mi gusto y a los ingredientes que ten\u00eda. alto oleico o \u201csuave\u201d<\/li><li>1 cucharadita rasa de sal (la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud recomienda no sobrepasar la ingesta diaria de 5 gramos de sal, y atento a los aglomerantes que contienen algunas marcas de sal)<\/li><li>2 cucharadas de miel<\/li><li>100 gramos de pasas (asegurarse de que se quitan los rabitos de las pasas)<\/li><li>25 gramos de levadura fresca para hacer an\u00eds en grano<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Y aparte mezclar en frio el resto de ingredientes solubles con el agua (aceite, miel, y la sal)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>2- a\u00f1adir poco a poco el l\u00edquido resultante a la harina, y a\u00f1adir las pasas mientras mezclamos y amasamos, seguir amasando (la espelta no necesita m\u00e1s de 3 min.), tapar con un pa\u00f1o, y dejar reposar 1 hora, ideal dentro del horno s\u00f3lo con la luz encendida<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"525\"
