E puoi anche guardare il seguente video dal nostro canale YouTube.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Receta Gofio Amasado Dulce de Canarias \/ Canary Islands Sweet Gofio\u00b4s Recipe\" width=\"525\" height=\"295\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/lco3_lP1Syk?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1&#038;origin=https:\/\/shopcanarias.es\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><figcaption>Video di come fare una palla gofio impastare<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Abbiamo-bisogno-dei-seguenti-INGREDIENTI\"><\/span>Abbiamo bisogno dei seguenti <strong>INGREDIENTI;<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 cucchiai di uvetta,<\/li><li>Abbastanza latte per coprire l&#8217;uvetta, che immermeremo fino a quando non si gonfiano, anche se li lascio la notte prima di immergersi in frigo,<\/li><li>2 cucchiai di mandorle tritate e sbucciate,<\/li><li>3 banane delle Isole Canarie, che stiamo per sbandare,<\/li><li>2 cucchiai di miele,<\/li><li>e gofio de Canarias, in questo caso ho usato gofio di frumento misto e millo (mais).<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>E se tutto questo \u00e8 meglio per la nostra salute.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"STEPS-da-seguire\"><\/span><strong>STEPS<\/strong> da seguire;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>1st- Mescolare tutto tranne il gofio, rimuovere bene, e quindi aggiungere il gofio durante la rimozione.<\/p>\n\n<p>2nd- Quando si addensa molto iniziamo a impastare con le mani.<\/p>\n\n<p>3o- Continuiamo ad aggiungere gofio, e arriver\u00e0 un momento in cui sar\u00e0 cos\u00ec spesso che dovremo impastare con i pugni, fino a quando l&#8217;impasto si stacca dalla ciotola, e possiamo modellare la palla senza che si attacchi nelle nostre mani.<\/p>\n\n<p>4- Possiamo modellare il pane di stampo per renderlo pi\u00f9 facile da tagliare. E alla fine possiamo cospargere gofio in modo che quando lo metti in frigo non si somma.<\/p>\n\n<p>E pronto a mangiare a colazione.
