Mehr als 3 Millionen kg werden pro Jahr produziert und werden in mehr als 80 % der Haushalte auf den Kanarischen Inseln verbraucht. In der Tat, vor Jahrhunderten wurde es von den Aborigines konsumiert kann&#8217;entweder. Es kann mit allem gemischt werden, was Sie wollen (in der Regel mit Milch, Banane oder Wasser). Schon fr\u00fcher wurde es mit Wein (ralera) vermischt. Und es wird in mehreren Formaten verkauft; 500g, 250g, Einzeldosis, etc.<\/p>\n\n<p>Auf den Kanarischen Inseln benutzen wir es fast t\u00e4glich zu begleiten; zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck (mit Milch oder einer Scheibe s\u00fc\u00dfem gekneteten Gofio), zum Mittagessen (mit Gem\u00fcseeintopf, Fleisch oder Fisch gofio verbr\u00fcht, oder eine Scheibe Gofio mit Wasser und Salz geknetet), im Snack mit getrockneten Bananen oder Feigen, und wenn wir hungrig zum Abendessen ankommen, streue ich zumindest Gofio zu Joghurt.
